Script of the Month

 Positive Thoughts

Find a comfortable place where there is little distraction. It may be helpful to dim the lights and mute the phone.  After you are comfortable, close your eyes and take a deep breath and exhale.  Now take one more. 

Now open your eyes and read the following silently to yourself or out loud:

I feel calm…I feel relaxed… I feel in control… I am calm…I am relaxed…I am in control…I am letting go and all my muscle groups begin to relax…I feel calm…I feel relaxed…I feel in control.

A beam of sunshine streams through me and spreads relaxation and comfort throughout my body…I rid myself of all negative thoughts… I only have positive thoughts…I feel calm…I feel relaxed…I feel in control

Now close your eyes, and repeat these words to yourself for two to three minutes.  When you are finished,  you will open your eyes feeling wonderful!

 

Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind, and nourish with repetition and emotion, will one day become a reality.
